Entering therapy can be intimidating and many individuals feel afraid of the process. Most clients enter treatment at a time of crisis in their lives, however, the ultimate goal is for clients to enter therapy before a crisis has occurred.
Mental health awareness month is the perfect opportunity to continue to break down the stigma of therapy.
