Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a class or service, please do so more than 12 hours before the start time to allow others on the waitlist an opportunity to register.  If you cancel at least 12 hours prior, the fee will be kept in your account to be used at a later date of your choosing.  If cancelled less than 12 hours prior, or you fail to show, you will be charged for the class and that amount can not be transferred for use on another class.  When cancelling, please send an email to info@reliefparenting.com

On-premise Childcare Policy

  • Parents are required to stay on-premise at all times

  • Relief is not an allergy free facility

  • Parents must sign in and out with their children at each visit.

  • Please pre-register child ahead of time. Address the front desk with any scheduling questions or issues.

  • Please have children use restroom or be changed before or upon arrival to limit disruptions in childcare. If a child has a dirty diaper at the time of entering the childcare room, it is the responsibility of the parent to change the diaper before he /she leaves the room. Only diapers that become wet or soiled while the child is in the care of the staff will be changed; you must sign that the childcare attendant has your permission to change your child(ren)’s diaper.

  • If child is potty trained and can use the bathroom independently, a childcare staff will walk your child to the restroom and wait outside door for your child. If your child needs assistance (wiping, etc.) in the bathroom you will be asked to take them. Staff does not change diapers or help with toileting children ages 3 years and older.

  • Children with any visible signs of sickness will not be permitted. These symptoms include but are not limited to: runny nose with yellow or green mucus, fever, wet cough, pink eye, rashes, lice, ringworm, etc.* Childcare staff will not administer any type of medication.

  • Nut-free food is permitted in the childcare room. Please label your child’s food and notify the childcare attendant of any known food allergies/sensitivities. Snack is at 9:30 and lunch is at 11:30. If your child will be here during those times, please ensure they have something packed. Please label all water bottles.

  • Spill proof cups with lids and/or prepared baby bottles (formula or breastmilk) are accepted. Items must be labeled with the child’s name.

  • Parents must provide diapers and wipes for their child, along with a change of clothes. Diaper bags must also be labeled with child’s name.

  • Childcare staff will use only verbal reprimand for inappropriate behavior or language. Several warnings may result in the child sitting in a time-out. Parents will be notified of misbehavior. If child becomes a harm to him/herself or others, or is frequently disruptive, you may be asked to keep your child at home.

  • Toys from home are not permitted. Lovies are allowed. Staff is not responsible for lost, stolen or left behind items.

  • Due to space limitations, only those children accompanied by their parent may be permitted into childcare. Members cannot bring other children other than their own. This includes, but is not limited to grandparents, aunts, uncle, etc.

  • There is no storage for infant seats inside childcare. Your infant will be required to be handed to a childcare provider upon arrival.

  • Per childcare registration form, childcare staff will soothe child as much as possible based upon comfortability level on the form. If the child becomes inconsolable and reaches a point of emotional distress, childcare provider will make the call to seek the parent.

  • If your child is bottle fed, please inform childcare with instructions of preparation and when your child will need to be fed. Please provide pre-measured formula or breast milk.
