If you have been pregnant or are currently pregnant, if you have hip, back or pelvic pain, if your bladder or bowels give you trouble, or just want to learn about your pelvic floor, then this workshop is for you!
Pelvic Floor and Core is a workshop focused on being able to connect to and support your pelvic floor. You will be guided by Ashton Frey, Pelvic Floor OT, through simple ways you can begin caring for yourself and your body. This workshop will go over anatomy and functions, learning how to connect and bring awareness to, and learning how to utilize your core and breathe to support your pelvic floor.
There will be gentle movements and breath work in this workshop so wear comfortable clothes!
